As we approach the Summer and the completion of our latest (as yet untitled) CD, the band is heading back out to some of our local favorite gig venues to try out our newest material on our fans. Over the last few weeks we've been experimenting with some new and different songs which we've never played live before, so we can promise a few surprises! New Drummer - Harold Parker! |

The band is happy to announce the addition to our lineup of Harold Parker, an excellent and experienced drummer. Harold has been a fixture of the Bay Area music scene for many years, and he's busy helping us lay down new tracks on the CD and learning our old material for future gigs! The Band's Back in the Studio Again! |
|
The band is now taking a hiatus from actively gigging in order to focus on the new CD.
We have a really strong collection of new songs written by multiple band members (Steven, Trevor and Al), and we're
laying down tracks right now. Some of these songs you may have heard at the live shows, but even those are changing and growing with the recording process, and we have some brand new never-before-heard material too!
We'll keep you up to date with the progress on the new CD in the next few weeks, so stay tuned! |

Another Year? |

Whew! Time goes by so fast. It's 2010 already, and the band are still working
in the studio, putting the finishing touches to the tunes for our forthcoming CD. We're pretty excited about the collection
of songs we've put together for you, and we can't wait for you to hear them, either recorded or live! We'll have more news about the CD soon, we promise. |

New CD! |
|
Phantom City have finally released their new
CD, City of Dreams,
an upbeat collection of unique, original songs which showcase
the band's songwriting talent. Over a year in the making, the
CD features a variety of tracks reflecting the band's social conscience
about the world we live in, and the problems created by our society.
Most of the songs were written by Steven Andrew Kacsmar, the band's
talented lead singer and songwriter, but the CD also includes
original tunes penned by other band members. learn

Band in the Studio |

You may have noticed
that Phantom City has been on a live performance hiatus recently.
This has been to allow them to spend time in the studio putting
the finishing touches on the tracks for their forthcoming CD.
They expect to announce new concert dates once the CD is released
in early 2007. |
